Great people and good service
Have purchased here multiple times — sales and service are both good. We have had good sales experiences and great pre and post sales service. If in for service I can easily recommend Tyler - knowledgeable, direct, and very helpful. A couple years ago it was tough to get maintenance appointments quickly but they seem to have resolved this — for the last couple years we have had no issues at all.
The service department could not have been more accommodating. This visit was well received and the service was as expected. This is the backbone of any dealership and I appreciate the extra care and detailed information that was given as it is with every visit.
We genuinely have had nothing but great experiences at Land Rover Downtown Salt Lake. Low-pressure sales, excellent communication, and a team that truly makes the process easy. I can’t wait to buy another car from them!

We live in Cache Valley and were driving home from a camping trip in Zion National Park when a DEF warning suddenly appeared on our dashboard in our Range Rover. Anyone who has experienced this knows how stressful it can be, especially because the vehicle warns that it may not restart after a certain number of miles.

On a whim, I decided to look at a Land Rover Defender 90. I was able to test drive a 110 and loved it. I wanted particular interior and exterior colors, and the salesperson, AJ said it would probably take a long time to find one, but that he would keep an eye out. I really wasn’t planning on buying a vehicle right now. The sales man was very low key and it made it easy for me to go in and take a look and test drive a trade in .The more Landen told me about the car, the more interested I became. Before the visit had ended, I was buying it!

My vehicle battery light notification kept coming on and I had been to the Lehi location a three times with the same issue and finally came to the Salt Lake location, they really listened to my concerns and took great care of me, replaced the entire battery and updated my software and got me in and out. Friendly and knowledgeable sales staff without aggressive Sales pressure. I was able to verify features on the cars I was interested in easily and smoothly. Purchasing the car from another state can be challenging. This dealership was very responsive and professional. My sales rep was very helpful and available to any questions I had, once I narrowed down the cars that I was interested in, I received videos with confirmation of all of my questions and went forward through the purchasing process.
